The 3rd Generation Suzuki MR Wagon made its debut in 2012, presenting a unique and distinctive exterior design. This front-engine, front/four-wheel-drive subcompact kei car laid the foundation for the Nissan Moco 3rd Generation. Notably, the Indian market embraced it as the Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo, positioning it a step higher than the Suzuki Alto in the Maruti lineup. However, production of the 3rd Generation Suzuki MR Wagon ceased in mid-2016. The Suzuki MR Wagon came in four different variants: L, G, X, and XS, offering a competitive pricing structure within its class.
Exterior
The exterior of the 3rd Generation Suzuki MR Wagon boasts a distinctive design language. At the front, square side-swept headlights complement a narrow trapezium-styled grille, circular fog lights, and a rectangular air intake with stylish black accents. Meanwhile, the rear features stacked vertical side-swept taillights, a rear windscreen wiper, a top-mounted brake light, and a standard case tailgate. Regardless of the variant, all Suzuki MR Wagon models share identical styling, ensuring it stands out in its class with its unique design.
Interior
Inside the 2012 Suzuki MR Wagon, you’ll find a blend of white and black plastic trim pieces. The front and rear seats are upholstered in fabric, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Standard features include air conditioning, dual front airbags, power lock doors, power steering, front power windows, a stereo speaker audio system, and a tachometer. The higher-end X and XS variants add rear power windows and side impact airbags to the mix. Optional upgrades encompass satellite navigation, leather upholstery, a rearview camera, climate control, traction control, and parking sensors. Overall, the interior of the 3rd Generation Suzuki MR Wagon offers ample space for a kei car of its dimensions, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant ride.
