Suzuki Liana Overview The Suzuki Liana was introduced by Pak Suzuki in 2004 as the successor to the Suzuki Baleno. It shared key elements with the Baleno, including the engine. However, it didn’t achieve the success Pak Suzuki had hoped for. In 2009, Pak Suzuki introduced a facelifted version in Pakistan, renaming it the Suzuki Liana Vurv. This version featured a redesigned front grille, rear lights, and an optional DVD player. The 1st Generation Liana was available in three trim levels: LXI, RXI, and Eminent. Unfortunately, the Suzuki Liana was discontinued in 2014, but it remained competitively priced within its class.

Suzuki Liana Exterior The 1st Generation Suzuki Liana had a distinctive exterior design, featuring a smooth and sleek front with angular sharp headlights, a black grille, and a chrome stripe. The rear end of the Liana boasted side-swept triangular taillights, a chrome bar across the trunk, and a chrome-plated Suzuki logo and Liana badge. All variants of the 1st Generation Suzuki Liana Vurv shared identical styling. While the Liana’s exterior design met modern standards, it didn’t resonate well with most of the Pakistani market.

Suzuki Liana Interior Inside the Suzuki Liana Vurv 1st Generation, you’d find light gray plastic trim pieces complemented by silver accents on the center console, air vents, door handles, and power window controls. The seats featured a black-beige themed fabric. Standard features included a 4-speaker stereo CD/Cassette player with AUX input, Tachometer, Tripmeter, Power Windows, Dual front airbags, Accessory socket, Air conditioning, Power steering, and Keyless entry with an immobilizer. The interior offered ample space in both the front and rear, considering the sedan’s exterior dimensions, ensuring a comfortable and refined driving experience.
